  • Order Cancellations: Request cancellations within 24 hours. After that, production may have started.

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are resolved in Dutch courts.

2. Access & Account

  • You must be of legal age to use our Services.
  • Provide accurate, complete information for orders and accounts. You’re responsible for account security.
  • Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Products & Orders

  • Accuracy: We strive for accurate product representations, but colors/appearance may vary by device.

  • Purchases: Orders are offers; we reserve the right to accept or decline. Payment must process before order confirmation.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier handoff.
