Refund policy
1. POD items — non-returnable clause
Items produced on demand and printed specifically for your order (including all apparel and accessories) are considered custom-made goods and are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c). These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
2. Defective / incorrect items — mandatory EU coverage
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at dreamforgealchemist@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You are not required to return the defective item.
3. Return shipping cost — clarification
If a return is accepted (for non-custom items), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide instructions upon approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refund processing time — updated
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
