Shipping Policy — Dreamforge Alchemist
Order Processing & Production Time All items in our store are produced on demand. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Netherlands: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Please plan accordingly.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Split Shipments If your order contains multiple items, they may be fulfilled from different production facilities and shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost.
Delays Dreamforge Alchemist is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict or control these fees.
